Variability of gradation for asphalt mixture is always the difficulty faced by control pavement construction, involving performance. The main purpose this study to improve efficiency detection variation and clarify relationship between construction process. variability superpave mixtures was investigated with nominal maximum aggregate size (NMAS) 13 mm, 20 25 mm in construction. correlation passing percentages at each sieve performance first established coupling grey relational analysis entropy weight method. A digital image processing technology multi-thresholds segmentation (DIP-MTS) developed verified through experiment comparison.
